Tacitry × Notion
Tacitry for Notion
Product docs become KB; meeting notes become contact context. You pick the scope.
Tacitry connects to Notion via OAuth and auto-classifies pages — product docs become KB cited at draft time; meeting notes become contact context injected per recipient. Mandatory scope selection at connect time; default is no pages until you grant them. Notion has two kinds of content for an email agent: documentation that should be cited in drafts (your product docs, FAQs, pricing pages) and notes about specific people (meeting notes, 1:1 logs). Tacitry auto-classifies which is which with high precision — default is KB unless the page clearly looks like a contact note.
What Notion data flows into Tacitry?
- Top-level pages you explicitly grant (mandatory scope selection at connect time).
- Page bodies for retrieval; titles, last-edited time, authors.
- NO database rows by default — pages only.
What does Tacitry do with Notion data?
Tacitry classifies each Notion page you grant access to. Product docs and FAQs become KB cited inline at draft time. Meeting notes and 1:1s become per-recipient context injected into drafts. You can override any classification or exclude individual pages from either side.
- Routes pages to KB or contact_facts based on title + body + email-address count.
- Cites KB pages at draft time when the reply act is answer or ask_clarifying.
- Injects contact-note context per-recipient — your last meeting notes ride into the draft.

Frequently asked
- Will Tacitry read my private Notion?
- Only pages you grant during scope selection. We default to empty — no pages, no reads.
- How accurate is the auto-classification?
- High-precision default-to-KB: a page is promoted to contact-notes only when it has exactly one email address, a meeting/note hint in the title, and is under 5000 chars. Everything else stays KB. Manual overrides lock in.
- Can I exclude specific pages?
- Yes. The unified kb_exclusions table covers individual pages and is one click in the UI.
