- If they want it, yes. Many CoS-style setups have the principal authorize the OAuth and operate from the staff view.
- What about FOIA-able correspondence?
- Every autonomous send is logged with the same headers as a manual send, the body is searchable in Gmail, and the audit trail in Tacitry shows when and why each send happened. You are no less auditable than a manual send.
- Will it learn the right tone for a constituent reply vs an inter-office reply?
